Privacy Policy

Effective 26 August 2026. This page explains what information Aaryavart Ventures collects when you get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Overview

Aaryavart Ventures Film Studio & Film Academy (“Aaryavart Ventures”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates https://aaryavartventures.com and our associated Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business profiles (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, message us, call us, or submit an enquiry through our website or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights available to you.

By using our Services or submitting your details to us, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information to us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you give us directly — when you submit our website enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and the project details or message you share with us.
  • Information submitted through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools— if you respond to one of our Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad “Instant Forms”, send us a direct message, or comment on or otherwise interact with our Pages, Meta Platforms, Inc. shares the information you provided (typically name, phone number and email address) with us so we can respond to your enquiry.
  • Automatically collected information — like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and date/time of access. We use this only in aggregate, for security and to understand site usage — not to identify you personally.
  • Information from clients and event footage — if you engage us for a shoot, event or production, we may collect additional information reasonably needed to deliver the service (e.g. billing details, shoot location, likeness in photo/video footage produced for you or your event).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account details, health information, or government ID numbers) through our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry, quote a project and communicate about it;
  • Schedule, deliver and invoice the film, event, photography, advertising or academy service you have requested;
  • Send you service updates, appointment reminders or, where you have agreed to receive them, occasional offers and studio news;
  • Maintain records of enquiries and clients for our own business and accounting purposes;
  • Improve our website, services and the way we respond to enquiries;
  • Detect, prevent and address spam, fraud, or misuse of our enquiry form (for example, an automated honeypot field that silently discards bot submissions); and
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those above without asking you first.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies on your browser. The only cookie we use is a strictly necessary, first-party, httpOnly session cookie set when our own staff log in to the studio admin panel — it is not set for site visitors browsing the public site and is never used to track you.

If you arrive at our site by clicking a Facebook or Instagram ad, or if you interact with our Facebook or Instagram Page, Meta may set its own cookies and collect information under its own data policy — see Section 6 below. Should we add analytics or advertising cookies to the website in future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

6. Meta Business Tools & Other Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)— when you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Page message, or WhatsApp Business chat, your information passes through Meta’s systems on the way to us, and Meta processes it under its own Meta Privacy Policy. We may also use Meta’s Business Tools (such as Lead Ads and WhatsApp Business Platform) to receive and manage enquiries you choose to send us through those channels.
  • Service providers — hosting, cloud storage and email/communication tools we rely on to run the website and respond to you, who are only permitted to use your information to provide that service to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons — if required to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of Aaryavart Ventures, our clients or the public.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver a booked service, keep accounting and tax records as required by Indian law, and resolve any disputes. Enquiries that do not convert into a booking are generally retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You may, at any time, ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information;
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons;
  • Stop sending you marketing or promotional messages; and
  • Withdraw any consent you previously gave us.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 12. You can also unsubscribe from promotional WhatsApp or email messages by replying “STOP” or telling us directly, and you can manage what Meta knows about you through your own Facebook or Instagram account settings.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures — including restricted admin access and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) — to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above who are enquiring about our film, advertising, event or academy services. Where a parent or guardian enquires on behalf of a minor (for example, for academy enrolment or a family event), we process the minor’s information only as necessary to deliver that service, with the enquiring adult’s consent.
